The MYE Digital LCD TV Controller is used to change the channels on the MYE Digital LCD TV, however this is an optional purchase, as there are controlls directly on the LCD TV that allow you to change the channels.  It also has a built in FM Wireless Receiver

This product is recommended for recumbent bikes, or when running on a treadmill.  The MYE Digital LCD TV Controller is great for recumbent bikes because the seat is far away from the TV screen and can be difficult to change the TV channels from the screen, with the remote you can change the channels, while not interrupting the ease of your workout.  This can similarly be said for when you are running on your treadmill.
