The MYE 9-Volt AC Receiver Adapter is only needed for cardio equipment that does not have the CSAFE Ports used to connect the Wireless Receivers.  In order to use the Adapter the MYE CSAFE L Cable (98") is needed to connect the adapter to the equipment.
